QAG Process

From submission creation to report publication and return shipping.

Submission Process

Public status labels stay clear while internal scan data remains behind protected workflows.

  1. Choose a Full Grading pack and accept the terms

    Sign in, choose the Full Grading pack you want, and accept the terms before starting checkout.

  2. Verified Beam Checkout payment (PromptPay)

    A Beam-verified PromptPay payment reserves the paid entitlement for your order and keeps the status visible in your account.

  3. Complete the post-payment Submission

    After payment is verified, complete and finalize the card details in the Submission within 90 days. Only then does the paid entitlement enter QAG review.

  4. QAG review / wait and a versioned return quote

    QAG reviews the finalized Submission or records QAG Wait with a reason and next update. When QAG can receive the parcel, it issues a versioned return quote, starting one 60-day customer clock.

  5. Pay the separate RETURN_SHIPPING supplement

    Pay the return-shipping and insurance supplement quoted for the parcel as a separate RETURN_SHIPPING payment. This payment does not restart the 60-day clock.

  6. Packing Slip and inbound authorization unlock

    Verified RETURN_SHIPPING payment unlocks the Packing Slip and inbound authorization. Do not send cards or print a slip before this step.

  7. Carrier acceptance

    Send the parcel only under that authorization and obtain a valid carrier-acceptance scan within the same 60-day deadline; creating a label alone is not acceptance.

  8. Intake and reconciliation

    Once QAG receives the parcel, we reconcile the cards against the Submission before the grading turnaround begins.

  9. Grade, report, and return

    QAG scans and quality-checks the cards before publishing the report, and Full Grading returns the card in a slab with a public Full Cert.

Submitted

Customer just created a submission.

Package received

QAG acknowledges the package before opening.

Intake verified

Identity checks confirm the card matches the row.

Controlled scan

Computer Vision measures the cards under a controlled scan.

Human QC

The QC team verifies data and evidence correctness before publishing.

Slab sealed

Cards selected for slabbing are sealed.

Cert published

The cert report is public-ready.

Return shipped

Cards are en route back to the customer.

Closed (no grade)

Submission closed without a public grade.
