Additional Details

  1. Turnaround Time

    14–30 business days after QAG completes intake and reconciles the received cards, excluding weekends and Thai public holidays.

  2. Initial amount due

    Includes the selected service packs plus a 50 THB base return charge through 10 cards, then 10 THB for each additional card.

  3. Later insurance and parcel supplement

    Not included in the initial amount. QAG calculates it after card details are finalized and reviewed, then sends a separate PromptPay request before releasing the Packing Slip.

  4. Service scope

    Full Grading is available for One Piece cards, up to 50 cards per account.
